Ella Boucht is a Finnish womenswear designer currently based in Stockholm working as a design assistant at H&M as well as constantly developing her own design through collaborations and personal projects. Her career has also included times working for Marques'Almeida and Ida Klamborn. Boucht completed her BA in Fine Arts from The Swedish School of Textiles in spring 2016. Her bachelor collection, Claiming Space, has been presented at shows such as Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Stockholm and London Fashion Week together with Fashion Scout during autumn 2016. Specializing in womenswear and textiles her collections are bold and playful with a feministic streak to the way she pulls the edges of conventional silhouettes to question our preconceived ideas about clothing and the female body. Boucht's design was seen on Rihanna during Paris Fashion Week, which was an incredible start for her career and put her on the map as a designer. Since that her work has been featured in magazines such as Vogue It, W magazine, Bon, Elle US, Elle Sverige, Boy Magazine, Radar Magazine, Dailymail & many more.
